Housekeeping and laundry services were available, but we felt like there was a lack of competent staff members present when we arrived as two students on a placement.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable & quiet, despite its busy location. The staff was superb, especially Marco Mazzone at the hotel's cafe. The location was central for sightseeing without always using public transport, allowing us to explore a lot by foot. The dining experience was good, with a great supply of fruits, bread, and an excellent coffee machine. Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant stay.
